At Traveling Lifesavers Coaches, LLC we offer Basic Life Support Skills, CPR Training AED Education and Choke Relief Training. Our CPR Training includes Adult CPR, Child CPR and Infant CPR.

Basic Life Support Training

A Basic Life Support (BLS) class teaches lay people and healthcare professionals how to recognize life-threatening emergencies, perform high-quality CPR, and use an AED, focusing on immediate care until advanced medical help arrives.

Adult CPR Training

Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) involves chest compressions and rescue breaths to maintain blood circulation and oxygenation during cardiac arrest, with the goal of restoring a regular heartbeat.

AED Training

AED training equips individuals with the knowledge and practical skills to recognize sudden cardiac arrest, perform CPR, and use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) effectively, potentially saving lives until professional help arrives.

Choke Relief

A choke relief class teaches individuals how to recognize choking in others and provides practical skills to help dislodge an obstruction, including techniques like back blows and abdominal thrusts (Heimlich maneuver) for adults, children, and infants.

Child CPR Training

A child CPR class teaches individuals how to recognize and respond to breathing and cardiac emergencies in children, equipping them with the skills to perform CPR and use an AED until professional help arrives.

Infant CPR Training

Infant CPR class teaches the core skills of infant CPR and choking relief. Adjusting to life at home with an infant can be a bit overwhelming, but with proper preparation you'll be equipped with the knowledge to care for your little one.
